YOUR LEGAL ENTITLEMENTS: –
You are legally entitled to a seven working day cancellation period where you can change your mind.
We would suggest that the purchase of an item ‘not really wanted’ be discouraged as it can cause inconvenience for both parties. We are only a small family business and to avoid this we endeavour to describe our items with as much detail as possible, along with photographs, in the hope to avoid disappointing our customers.
With this type of Return the Buyer will cover Return Postage -
FULL cost of item only will be refunded.
Refund cannot be given until item/s have been received safely back with us and in the same condition as sent to Buyer.
The seven day cancellation commences from day of receipt of item.
INCORRECT DESCRIPTION of research information will qualify for fULL refund of item plus postage & return costs if no longer wanted.
Should you believe we have not described an item correctly, or given incorrect research information, then we will be happy to reimburse without question.
Full refund, including Return Postage costs, will be on the condition of the safe return of the item/s in the same condition as you received it/them.
SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOSS: Damage for ceramics cannot legally be insured during shipping. The package is covered for 'loss only 'which is why we personally guarantee the safe arrival of your purchase.
We consider ourselves responsible for any item lost or damaged by Royal Mail or private Courier.
We take every care in cleaning, checking, wrapping and shipping your item/s.

All shipping within the UK mainland is FREE for our customers.
Overseas – Please contact us before payment so we can safely pack and accurately weigh your purchase, to give you a final quote of postage charges. Please note that we only accept Paypal by British Sterling for Overseas transactions.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Paypal –
We consider this the best protected method for you as the Buyers and ourselves as the Sellers.
This transaction costs you NO EXTRA FEES as the Buyer as all fees are paid by the Seller.
E-Cheque –
We do accept this method of payment but please appreciate it will delay the delivery of your item as it can take a while for the transaction to complete.
Bankers Draft –
You will need to contact us for our Bank Details. You then need to go into a branch of our bank (which is the quickest method) and pay the amount directly into our account. As this method is immediate then your item will be shipped immediately.
The alternative is to go to your own bank to pay the money into our account, this will take a little longer to complete so the item cannot be posted until funds are transferred.
Personal Cheques or Postal Orders –
Personal Cheques cause lengthy delays as the cheque has to be sent by post, then paid into the bank and then cleared.
The dispatch of your item will be delayed until full clearance of any cheque / postal order has been completed.
Your purchase is still considered as legally binding on our part and we will keep the item safely aside until the transaction is complete.
Overseas –
We can only accept payment by Paypal of British Sterling for overseas transactions.
We do not charge anything extra for currency conversion so you only pay the true cost of your item plus postage according to weight of parcel.
Please contact us for postage costs as we will need to safely wrap your item and weigh it.
We always use Airmail as this is the most efficient method.
