Over the next century the company grows and splits through many hands

1789 - King George III awards a Royal Warrant

1862 - the formation of Royal Worcester - various other names prior to this

1880 - First piece of Royal Worcester fruit painted by Octar Copson

1935 - First limited edition figures are of George V & Queen Mary

1958 - purchased & produced Palissy until 1989 when they sold the name to Aynsley

1954 - Co. added to company name as they go public with shareholders

1962 - New popular design of Evesham

1976 - merge with Spode

1978 - Ltd added to company name

Change of ownership many times

2000 - Back to the partnership with Spode
